I received the Bluebeards Revenge EDT Gift Set containing 100 ml of Eau de Toilette and 150 ml of shower gel. The fragrance is quite pleasant to me, but I needed an independent opinion from my wife and she told me it ‘made me irresistible’… She didn’t tell me who I was irresistible to but I suppose in an ‘ask no questions get told no lies’ sort of way I shouldn’t ask. The shower gel has a lovely aroma too, and is in a convenient tube for travelling. I can honestly say that I like the brand and The Bluebeards Revenge will be top of my Christmas list. I am not usually an aftershave person (except for special occasions) but Bluebeards Revenge is a new comfortable pleasant smell that I could definitely use every day. Ok over to the wife so she can tell you what she thinks…

I never mentioned the word irresistible, he did … tut tut. However, it is a lovely fragrance – so much so I dabbed a bit on my wrists and happily wore it for a few hours! That’s not to say that it’s girly – it’s just very nice.

Is it wrong of me to say that one of the things I like the most is the packaging? I’ve already said the aftershave had a lovely smell … but oh I really love the bottles! And the gift box … my son, a pirate fiend, will be planning to store his treasure in that as soon as Huw empties it of its contents! The logo is fantastic, especially when in metallic on the deep indigo box …

I for one am glad that Huw likes The Bluebeards Revenge EDT Gift Set, because I’d really like to collect the empty boxes and bottles for a display of my own!
