Vremi Wine Preserver

How often can you not finish that last half of a bottle of wine? Have you needed some wine for cooking and have half a bottle left over? Usually you might chance it and put the cork back in only to find a musty cloudy glass of wine in a couple of days. Now the Vremi ‘Keepin’ it Fresh’ wine preserver can extend the lifespan of your leftover vino, so your last glass tastes just as good as the first. This new piece of kit consists of a vacuum pump to remove the oxygen from above the wine and four tough air tight sealing stoppers.

The wine will stay fresh for 7-10 days longer after preserving so no more spoiled wine! So next time you need to preserve some left-over wine just place an airtight stopper into the neck of  the wine bottle until firmly in place. Then place the Preserver Pump over the stopper. Then pump up and down to vacuum seal. After this, turn the silver ring and note the date to track the freshness. But First, Espresso Maker

Oh, I love my espresso in the morning and the only way to make it properly is with the typical quintessential Italian stove top maker. Freshly grind your favourite beans to a coarse grind. Then transfer to the Vremi Stovetop Espresso Maker moka pot. There is nothing better to get your espresso fix in the morning, although for best results you will need a gas ring or a spirit burner. Fill the water tank with cold filtered water, put in the funnel filter and fill it with coarse ground dark espresso coffee.

Screw the coffee collector onto the tank and then heat/boil gently for five minutes on the stove top. Patiently wait until you here the pruck …pruck noise. When the coffee pot is full take off the heat, pour, and enjoy an authentic Italian buzz!
