Prestige Hampers has earned a reputation for providing quality gifts for all occasions. We were recently asked to review their baby range, specifically the Complete Baby Girl Gift Hamper. Presented in an attractive neatly wrapped wicker basket with a little balloon this baby gift is guaranteed to impress. It contains everything you need to dress the new baby girl from top to bottom to keep her warm and snug. It also contains some handy accessories, a soother toy, and a plush teddy. I thought the contents were very well thought out and as a gift it would prove thoughtful, useful and memorable.
What’s in it?
The gift contained Newborn Booties, Scratch Mitts and Hat, which are ‘can’t get enough of them’ essentials. There is also a penguin cuddly toy, a bunny comforter square, a white babygrow body suit, a fantastic 3D new baby card and of course the new baby girl balloon. We were given a similar hamper about ten years ago for our little baby Toby and we still have the balloon, still fully inflated! Toby of course is now a robust ten-year-old but he was such a sweet little baby!
Why this hamper is a good idea
It’s always difficult to choose a suitable gift for new parents. But this hamper certainly contains a good mix of useful items and also some that show you really do care (some of the hampers also contain boxes of chocolates). It is a difficult time being a brand-new mum and dad and you need all the help and support you can get. Some parents feel really isolated in the first weeks before they find their feet.
