I used to play tennis – to a good level – when I was school age (a long long time ago). I haven’t played for years though due to so many reasons, not least because I have noone to play with! We are late to the party with What Do You Meme? Party Card Game by Relatable (RRP £29.99) as we’ve never played it before. These last couple of weeks though we’ve not been able to put it down! In the box is a cute little easel and a pile of large photo cards. There are also a LOT of caption cards (and a separate pile of adult-content cards). You assign a Judge (you take it in turns) and the Judge selects a photo card and places it on the easel. The players draw 7 caption cards and they have to play the card that they believe is the most appropriate caption for the expression in the photo card. The Judge selects their winner, who receives the photo card (1 point).
A new Judge then takes over, and you repeat the process. The winner is the person with the most photo cards at the end.
We love this game because it’s funny, but also because the game can be as long – or as short – as you want it to be. And with two teenagers with limited attention spans, that is a valuable asset in a game!

I’m of that age when everything has started to hurt! In my body’s defence it has been forced into a chemical menopause (as I had breast cancer 3 years ago) – but wow do I hurt!
