Having visited the west coast of Scotland in August, I came across Arran Dog Bakery. And Jack and Izzy, also with us in Scotland, took a serious liking to their naturally handmade dog treats! So I ordered a selection for their Christmas stockings. They will be digging into a total of six bags of treat biscuits, including 2 x Peanut Butter & Apple, 2 x Carrot Cake Cookies, and 2 x Popcorn Bites. Oh, and they’ll each receive a large biscuit bone from Santa himself!

We won’t allow Jack or Izzy to have any rawhide products. I’ve read too many horror stories over the years. But they still like chews, and these ‘The Feast’ rawhide-free chews from Earth Animal tick all the boxes. Each chew contains turkey, pumpkin and cranberries (well it is Christmas!) I had planned to put them in the dogs’ stockings, but a certain spaniel called Jack found one and ran off with it … he clearly couldn’t wait!

Catnip Pillows from Wrapuccino
Wrapuccino is a fantastic eco brand, encouraging people to move away from paper wrap and adopting cloth wrapping ‘paper’ instead. Gifts wrapped in their Furoshiki giftwrap look absolutely stunning. It’s 100% eco, recyclable and reusable … looks stunning and is a no brainer really.
They also sell these lovely little catnip pillows. Roddy Cat is desperate to get to his Christmas presents, but the dogs seem attracted to them too …!
